Accounts

• Each person has their own login and keeps their password to themselves.
• The school’s owner decides who on staff can do what, and is responsible for what happens under the school’s account.
• Children under 13 don’t have logins; their parents or guardians act for them.

The school’s information

• The information a school enters stays the school’s. We use it only to provide Warrior Hub, as the privacy policy explains.
• The school is responsible for having permission to record what it enters, including parents’ or guardians’ consent for children’s information and medical notes, and for keeping it accurate.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Warrior Hub to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights, or store information you’re not allowed to keep;
• try to reach another school’s information, or get around the app’s permissions;
• disrupt the service, or copy or resell it.

Fees

The school pays for the plans and modules it chooses, as shown on Pricing. Cancellations and refunds follow Refunds and cancellation. We’ll give at least [YOUR NOTICE PERIOD] notice before a price change.

Availability

We work to keep Warrior Hub available and to back up every school’s information, and we may update the app as we improve it. Planned maintenance is kept short and announced when it could get in the way.

Ending

The school can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, after telling the school and giving it a chance to fix it, except where the harm is serious and immediate.
